Prof. Kabudi is a Member of the Board and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Dar-es-Salaam, United Republic of Tanzania. Professor Palamagamba John Kabudi is a Tanzania Health Promotion Support (THPS) Founder, lawyer, and former member of the Tanzania Constitutional Review Commission. Previously Professor Kabudi served as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Dar es Salaam from 2009 until his retirement. He has extensive experience in the Tanzanian judiciary, human rights, state policy, and legal challenges, and is a recipient of the Eduardo Mondlane International Law Prize.

Moremi Marwa joined the Exchange in May 2013, prior to which he held the position of CEO at the Tanzania Securities Limited brokerage firm since 2010. Moremi holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and accounting and an MBA in finance, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2003, and is certified by the Financial Markets Association.
