In partnership with various Houston African communities, we present another exciting opportunity for the Houston Community to delight and revel in the sights and sounds of Africa:


In its 6th year running, this year's AFRIFEST is expected to the biggest yet!

HOUSTON AFRIFEST is a festival that celebrates Africa drawing thousands of guests from around greater Houston, showing Arts, Music, Foods, Fashion, and the varied and diverse Cultures that span the continent.

From Senegal to Ethiopia, Egypt to South-Africa, the peoples of Africa are proud to share their unique and diverse culture with the most diverse city in the US!

With over 70 vendors, over 15 partnering countries, international acts, a kiddies zone, folklore, crafts, sculptures, fabrics, music, drinks, dance, food, food and more food!!!

AFRIFEST has been dubbed " ... the only one of its kind ..." - Houston Chronicle.
